Clinical Coordinator-Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program

As a part of the Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (BSDMS) program team, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible to participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum to contribute to the development of the sonography profession and program outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator will communicate and interpret program mission, philosophy, values, goals, policies, and activities to students, faculty, clinical facilities staff, and members of the community. Assures coordination of the development, approval, communication, and scheduling of clinical sites and community resources to maintain and enhance the BSDMS program. Provides and maintains a learning environment that is effective and promotes the best possible development through high quality classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in a variety of learning situations. Bachelor’s degree with clinical specialization in area of teaching responsibility required. Faculty teaching in non-clinical courses and have advanced preparation in field of study. American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification and registration in RVT, OB/GYN, and Abdomen required. Competency in applying principles of learning in teaching, curriculum development, and in the clinical area of assignment. Two years of full-time experience in the professional discipline. Must be actively engaged in local, state and national professional organizations and activities. Two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCDMS accredited program, preferred.

Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator

As an integral part of the College development team, this position has the primary responsibilities of supporting efforts to increase philanthropic support of the College, managing the scholarship program, and engaging College alumni. The Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator will provide extraordinary service to all College donors, student, alumni, and friends. Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills in fundraising and donor relations and be knowledgeable about the regional community. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising data systems is required. Knowledge of annual and capital campaigns, planned giving and event management is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, to include technical and creative writing and attention to detail. Flexibility, ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills and initiative required. A minimum of two years experience in fundraising and/or donor relations role, with previous experience in higher education is preferred. Alumni relations experience is recommended.

Executive Director of Advancement

Bellin College is seeking an Executive Director of Advancement for the College. This position reports to the President/CEO of the College. The Executive Director of Advancement is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of the College’s fundraising initiatives including major gifts, annual funds, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns. The Executive Director of Advancement works closely with the Board of Trustee Development Committee in all development and fundraising endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in the areas of public administration, public relations, business, or related. Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in development and fundraising, organizational leadership, or related fields, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts and be knowledgeable about the local community.
• A knowledge of trends, relationships and issues in health sciences education, health care delivery, and development is required.
• Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with Administration, Faculty and Staff.

Adjunct Faculty - Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program

Qualified adjunct faculty are required on an as needed basis dependent on instructional resource needs. These are limited-term appointments.  Qualifications include, in part, a master's degree in nursing with clinical and/or advanced specialization as appropriate; doctoral preparation in nursing preferred. Current State of Wisconsin RN license in good standing; 2-5 years minimum full time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing registered nurse.  Competency in principles of learning, teaching, and curriculum development necessary.
